  • How do I install my Starlit kit?

Every Starlit kit comes with detailed step-by-step guidance (with pictures) to ensure your project goes as smoothly as possible.

Please note headliner removal may differ between vehicles, be sure to research how to properly remove your headliner before the starlight installation. 

  • How many stars does my vehicle need?

All Starlit kits come standard with 500 stars. From compact cars to full size vehicles, the 500 strand kit provides an adequate balance of stars for your interior. 

  • Can I control my lights from my phone?

Yes! Every kit is connectable via Bluetooth with our mobile app. Thousands of colors and combinations await!

  • Are the Starlit kits wired directly to my battery?

The Starlit kit includes two types of DC power cables to give you more options when it comes to wiring your kit. You'll have the option to use a cigarette lighter port or wire directly to power your kit.

  • How long will my order take to ship?

Orders usually ship after 3 to 5 business days.

  • Return/Cancellation 

If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email support@starlitlightz.com your order number and request for the order to be canceled.

You'll have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any product(s). After 30 days from the purchase date, a refund cannot be offered. Your order date can be found in your email confirmation that was received upon initial purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, new condition and original packaging. 

  • To Process a Return: 

By processing a return you acknowledge and have read our entire Return Policy and understand the terms. Please email support@starlitlightz.com to process a return. Please include the order number and the reason for return.  Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility.

  • What is your warranty policy? 

Our kits will have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. All costs associated with replacing a defective part will be covered, including shipping costs. If the product is clearly damaged due to misuse from the customer e.g. (alterations made to impose an improper installation method) the warranty coverage will be void. Please email us at support@starlitlightz.com if you're experiencing any issues or would like to submit a warranty claim.

  • What happens if I received a defective product(s)  

If the product(s) arrived damaged, please contact us at support@starlitlightz.com, include some photos of the defective product(s) as soon as the product(s) arrived. We will only consider replacing or providing a store credit within 7 days of receiving your package given the item is still in its original brand new packaging. You will receive a response if your request has been approved.
