Return Policy for Starlit Lightz

At Starlit Lightz, we value our customers and aim to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. If that happens, here’s our return policy:

1. Order Cancellation

If you wish to check if it's possible to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately at support@starlitlightz.com with your order number and request for cancellation.

2. Return Period

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any product(s).
  • Refunds cannot be offered after 30 days from the purchase date.
  • The order date can be identified from the email confirmation you received upon the initial purchase.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in an unused, new condition and in their original packaging.

4. How to Process a Return

By initiating a return, you acknowledge that you have read our entire Return Policy and understand its terms.

To process a return:

  • Email support@starlitlightz.com.
  • Please include the order number and the reason for the return in the email.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of the return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer.
